• Stellenbeschreibung: • Run the day-to-day after sales processes and act as the central link between customers, internal departments and international sites • Take in, coordinate and follow up on customer requirements; keep customer portals and communication up to date and on time • Handle customer complaints and agree on actions with Quality and the relevant departments • Make sure quality topics in after sales and in the prototype area are handled properly • Track after sales KPIs and prepare reports and evaluations • Use AI tools to work faster, prepare information, analyse data and document results
• Anforderungsprofil: • Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. business or technical college, or equivalent) • Several years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in after sales, customer service or technical service • Solid SAP knowledge, good MS Office skills • Experience with KPI evaluations and reporting • Knowledge of complaint management, customer support and quality management • Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Whys or Ishikawa is a plus • Language skills: fluent German and English, in speaking and writing, including technical topics • Structured and independent way of working, strong communication skills, comfortable working in international teams
• Entlohnung: The minimum salary is € 54.600,-- gross/Year (full-time); depending on the education or professional experience, there is a possibility of overpayment.
