• Stellenbeschreibung: 1. Disciplinary, strategic and project-related management of a team in the field of system engineering 2. Manage product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria to ensure clear and achievable results 3. Establishing and supporting structured REQ and architectural thinking in the design teams 4. Manage the scope of work related to Li-ion cell integration by fostering collaboration with internal and global interfaces 5. Build a global BMS platform that meets market demands in terms of cost and functionality. 6. Innovation in the BMS development process with the pursuit of efficiency (process, documentation, tools, certification) 7. Create and manage boundaries to obtain external certifications in FuSa and cybersecurity in a timely manner
• Anforderungsprofil: 1. Completed technical training 2. Several years of professional experience in a management position in the field of automotive development 3. Knowledge of processes/tools for REQ management in the automotive industry 4. Technically open-minded and ambiguous to act at the interface between all disciplines involved in battery technology 5. Leading by example, integrity, transparency and accountability 6. Innovation and cost-driven mindset 7. Seeing the future with strategic thinking 8. Very good written and spoken English and German skills
• Entlohnung: The minimum salary is € 98,000,-- gross/year. depending on the specific professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
