• Stellenbeschreibung: 1. Leading a team of software development engineers in the automotive environment, taking into account industry-relevant processes and standards (e.g. A-Spice, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, etc.) 2. Drive strategic alignment of products and services with new and legacy technologies in mind 3. Actively participate in the negotiation of the project scope and timeline (FIP) during the acquisition phase 4. Ensuring innovation in the SW development process with the pursuit of efficiency (processes, methods, tools, certifications) 5. Ensure innovation in SW functionality to increase battery safety, performance, and lifespan 6. Development and coordination of optimized SW qualification methods and processes with the verification/validation team
• Anforderungsprofil: 1. Completed technical training 2. Experience in managing a team of more than 30 SW development engineers 3. Experience in software project management in the automotive environment 4. Knowledge of automotive development environments/tools 5. Leading by example, integrity, transparency and accountability 6. Innovation and cost-driven mindset 7. Seeing the future with strategic thinking 8. Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Entlohnung: The minimum salary is € 98,000,-- gross/year. depending on the specific professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
