• Stellenbeschreibung: • Planning/Organization and Coordination of the customer Service and field failure analysis process • Contact point of the customer for field/design quality topics in serial phase • Participate at customer meetings (part handling review; Issue tracking…..) • Preparation and update of all necessary quality reports (8D) in customer portals • Support of manufacturing locations during serial production • Reponsible for monitoring of problem resolution process in the serial phase • Coordination of customers field complaints during serial production phase • Support PPAP activities durching the serial production according customers requirements
• Anforderungsprofil: • Completed technical education (Bachelor) and/or related studies • Experience in automotive quality management and manufacturing quality • Experience in customer communication and Issue tracking via 8D • Quality methods experienced (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why) • Working knowledge of MS Office & Minitab or Statistical tools • Systematic and process-oriented approach, great initiative and sense of responsibility • Fluency in english for both verbal and wirtten communication (German skills are considered and advantage) • Willingness to travel (approx. 10% of working time)
• Entlohnung: The minimum salary is € 51,000,-- gross/year; depending on the specific professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
